Usually I set time aside to engage in my creative side by bringing out this coloring book, using different colors, and just creating a safe space. Love the fact that it isn’t just coloring, but you could actively engage in self love and recognizing the beauty of our bodies 🤎

I was so excited when I saw this beautiful coloring book available and even more happy when I received it. I love having such open space to practice shading and include my own details. The illustrations are so beautiful and make me smile. Would probably by this exact coloring book again and again just because of how fun it is to do and how much I love the illustrations.

I love this coloring book so much! Not only are the images so unique the message behind them is so assuring. Coloring is not only for kids! I still love coloring and I am 33 years old. It helps me relax and take my mind off the crazy day. Def recommend!
